About us
The Coast Malaria Endemic Region CSOs Network is a regional coalition of civil society organizations (CSOs), community-based organizations (CBOs), faith-based organizations (FBOs), research institutions, private sector partners, community health actors and community representatives committed to accelerating malaria elimination across Kenya's coastal region.
The Network brings together organizations from Mombasa, Kilifi, Kwale, Tana River, Taita Taveta and Lamu Counties to strengthen coordination, amplify community voices and promote evidence-driven, community-led solutions for a malaria-free coast. The Network collaborates with national and county governments, the National Malaria Control Programme (NMCP), development partners, academia and local communities.
The Network believes sustainable malaria elimination can only be achieved when communities are at the center of decision-making. Guided by partnership, accountability, equity, innovation, transparency, and local ownership, it supports coordinated advocacy, strengthens local organizations, promotes community participation, and advances evidence-informed policies and programmes.
